Volunteer Application

Everyone interested in being involved with WINC & the Port MUST register as a WINC Volunteer and complete specific online training found under "Training > Terminal Training".

WINC's Volunteer Program and its training serves as a vetting process that orients individuals to the Port's DHS requirements for security, safety, critical infrastructure, incident management, etc.  In addition, each individual is also responsible for obtaining a personal DHS Identification Credential (TWIC) that includes a minimum background check.

If interested in being involved with the Port, complete the WINC Volunteer Application (below or downloadable)  and, email/mail a Resume -or- Skill/Experience Summary to admin@wapain.org -or- the address on the form.

** NOTE**  The Online Application ONLY works with Standard Web Browsers; NOT Smart Phone Browsers.
